Privacy for IPS Soluciones Industriales is of the utmost importance, which is why we want to make sure that you know how we safeguard the integrity, privacy, and protection of personal data, in strict adherence to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. according to its DOF publication on July 5, 2010.

 

NOTICE OF PRIVACY


I.- DATA OF THE RESPONSIBLE

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, you are informed that Insourcing Profesional Services S. de RL de CV, hereinafter the “Responsible” or “IPS ”), with address at Germán Gedovuis No.10411 int. 103 Zona Urbana Río, Tijuana, Baja California CP 22010, Mexico, will process the personal data that it collects from you as Owner, to carry out the activities intrinsic to its corporate purpose, for the purpose and objective that the “Owner” has full knowledge, control and decision about your personal data.

II.- PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal, sensitive, property, or financial data collected will be treated and protected based on the principles established in the LFPDPPP and its Regulations; 

(a) PRINCIPLE OF LEGALITY: "IPS" collects and treats your personal data in a lawful manner, without using fraudulent means or deceit; (b) PRINCIPLE OF LOYALTY: The processing of your personal data will be done in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice in order to provide you with a reasonable expectation of privacy; (c) PRINCIPLE OF CONSENT: All processing of your personal data will be subject to your consent, with the exception of the cases provided for in the Federal Law on Protection of Data Held by Private Parties ("LFPDPPP"); (d) PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION: "IPS" will inform you about the personal data and information that it collects from you and for what purposes; (e) PRINCIPLE OF DATA QUALITY: "IPS" undertakes to implement reasonable measures so that your personal data that is processed and stored in its databases or storage media thus provided for such purpose, are pertinent, correct and up-to-date. for the purposes for which they were collected. Within such measures, you can find the periodic sending of emails and/or memoranda with reminders to update your personal data to ensure its veracity and accuracy; (f) PRINCIPLE OF PURPOSE: The processing of your personal data is limited to the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice. Any treatment of your data for different purposes that are not compatible or analogous to those set forth herein, will require obtaining your consent again; (g) PRINCIPLE OF PROPORTIONALITY: The treatment of your personal data will be that which is necessary, adequate and relevant in relation to the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

 

III.- PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

IPS in this act collects your personal data for the following necessary purposes

  1. To be able to identify you and contact you for any matter related to “IPS”.

  2. Manage the information, as well as the commercial management of our clients, prospects and/or visitors to our web portal ipsco.com.mx.

  3. Provide information to the client in a visible and clear way, about the conditions and provisions for the contracting and use of contracted services, required products.

  4. Address requests, whether commercial or legal, that arrive through our form available on the ipsco.com.mx web portal.

  5. Statistical purposes, without personal data processing.

  6. Interaction with other electronic platforms to name a few, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, which in this case each of these are responsible for the processing of your personal data, without this implying a transfer or remission of personal data consented by you.

 

In general terms, everything necessary for the best attention and pertinent channeling of the needs of our visitors through the aforementioned web portal, so that all information provided to "IPS" by its clients, suppliers and/or visitors will be available in If necessary by any court order, prior notice will be given by email from legal@ipsco.com.mx to the email of the client or owner of the personal data.

IV. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

 

"IPS" has entered into various commercial agreements with other suppliers of products and services, both in the national territory and abroad, which are obliged, by virtue of the corresponding contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data provided by "IPS" and observe this Privacy Notice, so "IPS" could provide your personal data with third parties only for the purpose of providing the required product or service. By virtue of the foregoing, said providers may not use the personal data provided by "IPS" for any other purpose than that of the commercial relationship with "IPS".

V. RETENTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

 

"IPS" retains your personal data for as long as necessary to process your requests for information and/or services, as well as to maintain accounting, financial and auditing records in terms of current commercial, fiscal and administrative legislation. The personal data collected by "IPS" is protected by appropriate administrative, technical, technological and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and of the administrative regulation derived from it. 

All personal data stored in digital or electronic format is kept on confidential and secure storage media. "IPS" evaluates its security equipment and procedures regularly and modifies them if necessary. To prevent unauthorized access or improper disclosure of personal data, and in order to maintain its accuracy, integrity, availability, and confidentiality, "IPS" also uses relevant legal procedures and controls in terms of the LFPDPPP and those provided in the administrative regulation derived from this Law. 

"IPS" uses a variety of technologies and procedures designed to protect your personal data, the use of confidential usernames and passwords, computer encryption tools (AES) for data servers, as well as the transfer of files through secure protocols (SSL). Such personal data is stored in computer systems protected with programs against viruses, spyware and other malicious code; additionally, it uses networks protected with firewalls, and controlled access facilities.

"IPS" puts at your disposal the Department of Personal Data, which will be in charge of receiving, registering and attending to your requests to exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing (ARCO Rights) of your personal data, as well as to limit the use or disclosure of your data, and the other rights provided for in the LFDDPPP. VII. ARC RIGHTS

 

"IPS" is committed to your privacy and to the fulfillment of the rights that correspond to you in terms of the LFPDPPP. The following rights are called ARCO Rights: RIGHT OF ACCESS: You have the right to know about the personal data referred to you that are held by "IPS" and to whom they have been shared and for what purposes. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION: You have the right to have your personal data rectified when they are misleading, inaccurate or incomplete. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: You have the right to request at any time that your personal data be deleted, which will happen once the blocking period has elapsed. The blocking implies the identification and conservation of your personal data, once the purposes for which they were collected are fulfilled, and its purpose is to determine the possible responsibilities in relation to their treatment, until the term of legal or contractual prescription of these. . During this period, your personal data will not be processed and after this, it will be canceled in the corresponding database. Once the "IPS" data has been canceled, it will be given the corresponding notice by email. In the event that your personal data had been transmitted prior to the date of rectification or cancellation and continue to be processed by third parties, "IPS" will inform you of said request for rectification or cancellation, so that you can proceed to carry it out as well. RIGHT TO OBJECT: You have the right to request at any time, whenever you have a legitimate cause, that "IPS" stop processing your personal data.

In terms of the provisions of article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data of individuals, "IPS" will notify the owner, within a maximum period of twenty business days, counted from the receipt of this request, the determination adopted, and if it is appropriate, it will become effective within fifteen business days following the date on which the response is communicated to the owner by email.

In terms of the provisions of article 45 of the LFPDPPP and the article of its Regulations, the owner of the personal data has a period of fifteen business days to initiate the Rights Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection, in the terms specified in the Law and its Regulations.

In the case of requests for access to personal data, "IPS" will proceed with its delivery prior accreditation of the identity of the applicant or his legal representative, as appropriate. The aforementioned terms may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it. The delivery of personal data will be free, it will only be up to you to cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. In the event that you repeat your request in a period of less than twelve months, you must cover the corresponding costs in terms of the LFPDPPP, unless there are substantial modifications to the privacy notice that motivate new consultations.

VII. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

 

"IPS" may modify this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to implement improvements or incorporate new measures provided for in the Law and other regulatory provisions, for which it is suggested that you regularly review its content. The updates will be published on the website www.ipsco.com.mx/politica-privacidad. If "IPS" makes significant changes, it may also notify you by other means such as sending an email or memorandum.

IX. CONSENT

 

You provide your express consent for the collection, processing and use of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice by expressing your will through a written, electronic or any other technology statement, or by voluntarily providing the requested information. You provide your tacit consent for the use of automatic data capture tools by not opposing it, having made you aware of this privacy notice published on the Insourcing Profesional Services S. de RL de CV portal under the uninterrupted address www.ipsco .com.mx/politica-privacidad, this without objecting to its content. Therefore, the provider grants its tacit consent for the collection, use and disclosure of the applicable cases described above. In some cases, the LFPDPPP allows "IPS" to collect, use and disclose your personal data without your consent. If "IPS" obtains personal information through third parties, it will require them to confirm that they have your consent for the disclosure of your personal data to "IPS". You have the right to revoke your consent regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data. If you request that "IPS" revoke your consent, "IPS" will take the necessary measures to destroy or eliminate the personal data that you have provided us, with the exceptions provided in the LFPDPPP. Residual personal information may remain in archived or historical records. In addition, "IPS" does not allow the destruction of fiscal or accounting information of the transactions that may be necessary to maintain or comply with legal obligations. However, "IPS" will not use your personal information for other purposes once you revoke your consent.

X.- COOKIES

 

This site does not use any cookies directly, however the search engines and/or any plug-in used to facilitate browsing compatibility, external to "IPS", it is highly likely that they do use them, so they are out of our scope and control.

XI. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

 

The interpretation and application of this Privacy Notice is governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Federal Civil Code, the Federal Law on Administrative Procedure and other applicable laws and regulatory and administrative provisions.

XII. NOTIFICATIONS

 

This Privacy Notice is valid from its date of publication on the web, with the exception of numeral IX. Arco Rights, which will come into force as of September 3, 2012, as provided in the Third and Fourth Transitory Articles of the LFPDPPP, also in accordance with the provisions of Article 35, section II of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure , notifications, summons, summons, requirements, request for reports or documents, final administrative resolutions must be made exclusively through the means of communication indicated in point VII of this comprehensive privacy notice.
